I’m Devan, the human behind Be Happy Not Hangry.

When I first started this site, I was focused on finding a happy, not hangry, balance with food and I wanted to share this journey with you, my future reader. While this is still a top priority of mine, I’ve realized that I have so much more to share with you.

So if you’ll stay for a bit, I’ll show you some of my favorite tips for creating and living an awesome life. Trust me, these tips are actionable ones you can actually use. And they won’t cost you an arm and a leg to implement.

To give you a peek into what’s in store for you, I’ll cover topics ranging from food and travel to anxiety and depression and so much more in between.

Essentially, my goal is to show you how to tackle any situation the natural way. I’ll even share my best tips for zapping negativity and boosting positive vibes.

Oh yeah, you’ll also find a few tasty recipes along the way and plenty of pictures from my travels.
