My name is Devan, and I’m a NASM-certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Women’s Fitness Specialist, and Virtual Coach on top of being a health blogger.
And I’m on mission is to help at least one person a day (hopefully you?!) look and feel their best while improving their overall health.

✓ I have a son named Jett who is almost five and a daughter named Ella who is almost six months old
✓ I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was in college and it forced me to learn how to regulate blood sugar better and why this matters so much
