I’ll ask you about 3-5 questions before we move onto the 30-minute coaching call.

This means that the interview time is not counted towards the call and from that point on, I’m all yours.

So all you have to do is talk about yourself for 5-10 minutes.

Keep in mind, any information you share is anonymous and it won’t be used in any manner that could give away your identity.

How I Can and Cannot Help

I’m not a registered dietician or nutritionist, so if you’re hoping to get a meal plan or nutritional advice, that I cannot give.

What I can do is give you some advice on how to make eating healthier easier or more sustainable.

My advice is also helpful if:

  1. You’re feeling stuck
  2. You struggle to hold yourself accountable or reach your goals
  3. You’re considering a new job
  4. You want to exercise but you can’t seem to do it consistently
  5. You’ve plateaued and you’re ready to get to the next level
  6. You struggle to eat healthy or exercise
  7. You want to start a side hustle but you’re overwhelmed by where to start

What Happens Next

Once you fill out the form, I’ll be in touch with a link to book a time to chat.

If the times don’t work for you, you can email me direct with your top 3 times for the week.

I’ll have these instructions on the calendar so you’ll know exactly what to do.

As for the call, I’ll spend the first 5-10 minutes asking you 3-5 questions about yourself and, once we’re done, I’ll start the 30-minute timer.

This gives you 30 minutes of dedicated time and means the interview answers won’t count towards your coaching time.

Once our call is over, you’ll walk away with some helpful advice and your obligation ends from there.
