I recently sent out a survey on social media and through my email newsletter (thank you if you took the time to complete it!) and I wanted to share the results to see if you can relate.
When it comes to reaching health and fitness goals,
100% Surveyed want to live a healthy life for as long as poss
60% want to lose weight and burn fat
40% want to have more energy
40% want to stress less
20% want to sleep better
When asked which ones people struggle with more, people surveyed responded with:
80% struggle with healthy eating
60% struggle with both
40% struggle with working out
When it comes to working out, the biggest struggles were:
80% finding motivation
60% enjoying it
60% finding time
20% workouts that work for me
20% not knowing where to start
When it comes to eating healthy, the biggest struggles were:
40% finding time
40% battling cravings
40% knowing what to eat
These results didn’t come as a huge surprise to me because they’re things I struggle with too.
